More about William

Educated at Saint Joseph’s College with a degree in history and philosophy, William honed the critical thinking, communication, and ethical reasoning skills that continue to guide his leadership style today. Rather than follow a traditional MBA path, he gained his real estate education by moving through every layer of the built environment—from field operations and project management to full-service real estate oversight at firms like JLL and, most recently, one of the country’s leading publicly traded life sciences REITs.

William began his professional journey in construction, rising through the ranks of a nationally respected GC/CM firm. His deep field knowledge provided a foundation for understanding how projects are truly built—physically, financially, and politically. That practical education has made him a uniquely qualified executive: someone who can lead entitlements, manage infrastructure delivery, optimize budgets, and drive high-stakes projects through all phases of development.

As a Senior Vice President of Real Estate, William has overseen over 11 million square feet of Class A development across the United States, including major hubs like Greater Boston, the Research Triangle, and the Washington, D.C. metro region. Since 2020 alone, he’s delivered over $1.5 billion in development—earning trust from stakeholders who require precision, speed, and vision.

His portfolio includes LEED-certified, award-winning campuses for global companies such as AstraZeneca, Amgen (via Horizon), IBM, and Fujifilm Diosynth. Whether repositioning legacy properties or bringing new campuses online, William’s ability to align zoning, entitlements, permitting, infrastructure, and safety reflects a deep understanding of both real estate and public company operating requirements.

William’s story isn’t about credentials on paper—it’s about results in the field. His education came from executing under pressure, solving complex problems, and delivering lasting value. It’s this foundation—paired with his intellectual rigor and unrelenting standards—that makes him one of the most respected leaders in commercial real estate development today.
